It is disgusting how Steve Cullen is a captain, or even if he were retired, it doesn't look good for the honorable Warwick Fire Dept. Allowing his wife to have sex for money to rip off an old man in Connecticut, not to mention the scam he was running on a foreclosed property in Cranston and a phantom daycare in Westerly, really tarnishes the brotherhood. Warwick deserves better, they have better, and Mr. Cullen should be stripped of everything for bringing such disgrace to the department and a pathetic excuse for a human being.
