I 100% agree with Jimmy about the headline. It was a done deal before the new chief arrived so why they gave him the credit is beyond me. The grant requests were done by the firefighters and it did save a ton of money so they really should be given the credit.

That being said, would it be better to have an older truck than no truck? We were borrowing trucks form other departments so I would think it would be better to have a dedicated truck back. Or I could be wrong - who knows.
