Used fire apparatus, WOW. Maybe ol' Solie car get some used cruisers through his used car dealership. He still has the used dealer plates he was supposed to turn in. Maybe some reloaded ammo for the PD too, how about used pencils and chalk for the school department. And kudos to the FD Union president for being OK with the "purchase", absolutely absurd.
