Report Inappropriate Comments

Any side agreements not approved by the council are null and void. So if what you say is true, I think the Courts will see your issue as being voluntary. If people voluntarily give things back then it's gone. If the Council didn't voluntarily give back, and approve what was illegally given away, then it will be voided.
