Everybody do this. Go to RI Secretary of State. Form a nonprofit. Sign your property over to that nonprofit, with your use for life. Live there, or use the property, tax free for life....... unless nonprofit status gets revoked for some reason. Brown University and other nonprofits have been doing this for years, especially with rich people on East Side. Newport, and apparently certain politicians in Warwick !
