This is the parcel that Mr Simoneau is referencing. It is 735 Oakland Beach Ave. Listed as the OB owners association. It is property adjacent to Donna Travis house. The property has been used by her and her husband for years storing personal property on it, cars, trucks, snow plow, shed, campaign signs, etc... He is correct commenting that the taxes are unpaid. There have been several media reports pertaining to this item as it relates to the Travis's. Unpaid taxes are not new to Donna Travis. She has had delinquent property and auto taxes in the past.
