Check the bill for 735 Oakland Beach Ave . The property used by her for parking and storage shed and husband's trailer and plowing equipment . They list it as owned by one of her alleged nonprofits Oakland Beach Real Estate Owners Association so they don't have to pay taxes. This organizations nonprofit status was revoked by Secretary of State for 20 months 20011 to 2012, so taxes owed and still not paid while interest accruing. Got status renewed after 20 months, so no taxes due since. This property owned by same alleged nonprofit years ago had a building that City had to tear down because neglected, so now used for their personal property tax free. City placed lien on property for tearing down cost of $3800. Later City released lien, although that wasn't paid either I believe. Lien release only says Cuty reached agreement with JONAH, another of her alleged nonprofits. All a scam and I think FRAUD on taxpayers of Warwick for years, and still continues.
