As a taxpayer, I would like to know where the money that wasn't spent on the line item was allocated. If it wasn't needed for medical examinations, where was it spent? It shouldn't be difficult to work up the numbers and provide the information. It isn't an unreasonable request. Finger pointing can happen once the investigation has concluded. Until then, simple answers would be very welcome.
