This is the 3rd example, in as many months, of contract manipulation that was coordinated and orchestrated by several public officials including the finance director. 3 separate false fiscal notes were produced for the sole intent to deceive the city council and the taxpayers. Are you that stupid that you are unable to see the clear breach in the legal legislative process? How dumb can you possible be? Check your drinking water.
