Rob Cote captured this shot of harbor seals sunning themselves on the rocks off Fox Island. He said he counted 15 of the seals that leave these parts to summer at Cape Cod. According to the Save the Bay annual seal count, 357 seals were recorded this year, which is a decrease from prior years. Save the Bay, however, believes the count is about the same and that a combination of fog and rough seas impaired the count conducted by volunteers.
