Rhode Island Medical Imaging (RIMI) has been named a 2020 Healthcare Advertising Award recipient. The national recognition program is sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report and is in its 37th year.
RIMI was recognized for three campaigns conducted throughout 2019:
Gold Award - Rhode Island Medical Imaging Addresses the Vaping Crisis (public relations program)
Silver Award - Rhode Island Medical Imaging “F.A.S.T. Letters” Campaign (public relations program; in partnership with American Heart Association Southern New England)
Bronze Award - Rhode Island Medical Imaging “Seeing the Unseen” Video Series (TV advertising series)
According to a statement from Healthcare Marketing Report, “this year over 4,200 entries were received, making the awards the largest healthcare advertising awards competition.” Of the entries, 895 awards were given – 24 best of show, 341 gold, 290 silver and 240 bronze awards.
Entries were reviewed by a national panel of judges based on, “creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact.”
