Former firefighter and EMT Captain Michael Morse will talk about his work as an EMT at the Warwick Public Library on Tuesday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m.

EMTs have astonishing and hard stories, and Michael Morse has

23 years of tales about working as an EMT in Providence. He’ll talk about life and death emergencies, more ordinary calls, and the occasional comic interaction. Learn about making quick medical decisions, working long hours and the strangeness of coming into an emergency and leaving before it concludes.

Michael Morse is the author of "Rescuing Providence," "Rescue 1 Responding," and "Rescue 911: Tales from a First Responder."

For more information call 739-5440, x9758. The library is located at 600 Sandy Lane. This event is free and open to all.
