Jacqueline R. (Prew) Beaulieu , “Pookie”, age 78, of Warwick, passed away peacefully Monday, November 6, 2023, at the Lincolnwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Virginia (Prew) Stojek.
An Insurance Underwriter, she spent many years working with Hub International, prior to her retirement.
Jacqueline enjoyed her birdfeeders and watching all the woodland creatures in her yard, crossword puzzles, and reading People Magazine. Her favorite time spent was with those she cared most about, her daughter, granddaughters, and dog.
She is survived by her daughter, Christen A. Kotch of Rehoboth; beloved granddaughters, Madison Rose, and Delaney Mae; siblings, Peter Stojek, Jean Tetreault, Susan Ross, and Joann Stojek; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Gerald Prew, and Stephen Stojek; and aunt to the late Timothy “TJ” Shields.
Her funeral will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 10:00AM from the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM in St. Kevin Church, 333 Sandy Ln, Warwick. Relatives and friends invited. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00PM-7:00PM. Burial to take place immediately following Mass in Newell Burying Ground, 1502 West St, South Attleboro, MA.
