The problem here is binding arbitration which is bought and paid for by the unions in RI, and the Lawyers that represent unions and themselves only, NOT the taxpayers! Like Vin Ragosta and WFD Lawyer Joseph Penza that actually teach other immoral lawyers how to arbitrate. WHAT A JOKE!
ARBITRATION PROCESS NEEDS TO GO, AND BE REPLACED BY CITIZEN HEARING BOARDS FROM TAXPAYERS IN THE TOWN BEING CONSIDERED.
This, for the same reason Police Bill of Rights matters are being replaced by civilian review boards nationwide, so as to eliminate the FIX being in, which is the whole problem with binding arbitration. PERIOD !
