Same old firefighter blah blah blah. Lasted I checked, members of WFD volunteered and weren't drafted. If you don't like the job just leave.

WFD wives attend one meeting and they have all the answers. Are you serious? The members of the WFD have acted like thugs numerous times over the yrs. at council meetings. Ask Bill Lloyd if you have any doubts.

I guess nurses in the emergency rooms who also see all these accident victims etc. are entitled to the same over the top benefits. Yeah right....They just do their jobs and don't whine all the time.

Listening to the audio of the pre- Christmas meeting, I was amazed that the firefighters who spoke bragged about all the real estate they owned. Obviously, they spend more time at other jobs than working for Warwick taxpayers.

It's time to stop coddling the WFD.....let's privatize as much of the WFD as possible. The taxpayers can afford nothing else.
