I agree he is making problems. However I would take a different tack on this, Constituional Rights are never challenged when they are used in an agreeable way. It is these outliers - no matter their motivations - who ensure these rights are protected. It's like making sausage, you dont want to see it but it tastes good off your grill. Same for defending rights. At least the WPD didnt make the mistake that Cranston did and bully and arrest this troublemaker. They didnt take the bait fully.

And for those who dont fully appreciate this issue, I would say this - if they had ignored him, his video would get very low views and no revenue. So even for those (such as, apparently, the Beacon) who dont fully grasp the issue, if they dont like the guy getting ad revenue, then ignoring the person who is exercising his rights until he leaves with no salacious "cop abusing the innocent" video, they'd get what they want.

This guy succeeds only when he can bait cops into taking action that is usually not, under the law, justified.

Next time, just ignore (unless he actually violates some law).
