While I have watched many "audit" videos on YouTube and 100% agree that you are allowed to video in a public space, you have to consider that other people simply conducting their business may not wish to be filmed and that should be respected.

It is in Morales-Torres best interest to have an incident filed because that will cause more traffic to come to his page and get him more views. If you look at it from his financial standpoint, he isn't so innocent. You want to film, go ahead and film. You want to start trouble? You are going to find it.
