Report Inappropriate Comments

Why aren't bachus and her live in paramour before the Ethics commission? How is this not a conflict of interest, living under the same roof while making financial decisions that represent 57% of the total city budget? Where else in Rhode Island is such a living arrangement taking place where husband and wives, both parties serving on the same committee, city council, town council or committee in the House or Senate? How is this possible? Have there been any cases or advisory opinions on such matters? This won't pass the sniff test.
