Simple. Tell the "new Debtors" their kids are off the lunch programs if their accounts are not brought up to date following the notice. and hold the Old debtors accountable for their still delinquent past debt and if they don't make any progress in bringing their accounts up to date it's back to the sunbutter Sandwiches till they get paid or that's all their illustrious progeny will get to eat from now on. As I've said before These "Parents" seem to have plenty of money for Alcohol, Lottery tickets, Cigarettes, "Medical" Marijuana, Trips to Foxwoods,and Twin River. but they can't pay for their obligation to their children's future. WHY? Because some bleeding heart will bail them out. don't get me wrong it's nice that someone will care at all these days, but it's disheartening to see how many people are abusing the system and the level of honesty that the people of Warwick have sunk to.
