Report Inappropriate Comments

Shopping and COS’s are legit policies. You may not like them. I can tell by that comment you do not understand them. I am not going to waste either of our times explaining them. We can fully disagree but Changes of Shift do not cost the city a dime. People are not taking COS’s instead of calling out sick if they are sick. Never ever happens. Fire fighting is unlike any other job, sometimes yes we need to shop. People enjoy seeing us (except you). Most shifts don’t shop at night, and most shifts shop once for both days. There are other ways to save complaining about shopping is not going to get anywhere. Every department in the country allows it. I’m confident that there is/was/will never be manipulation.
