Gentlemen,

I think we can all agree that the present method of conducting the taxpayers business is not working in a beneficial manner to the taxpayer. The politicians, (for selfish reasons) have given away the future of the city and the next generations will suffer the urban decay due to the inability to be able to pay the OPEB costs.

We have seen numerous examples of the elected officials not understanding what they have voted on, failed to calculate the future costs, and not hold people accountable. Avedisian left the city in dire straights, but there have been numerous politicians with multiple terms that failed to act for fear of retaliation.

What the city needs now is a group of officials with balls. Period, balls. The bad news needs to come out and a plan has to be put in force to make corrections. Unfortunately, I just dont see it happening.
