I can see how you think I insinuated that, but my true belief is that the receivers aren't immoral (employees) they should try to get what'sbest for them. ,It is immoral for the givers (politicians), for giving things away that aren't theirs to give .... taxpayer money, that is known by anyone with a conscience to be unsustainable. They only do it to benefit them at the time, not the taxpayer.
