I retired and won in ARENA case but have got no COLA since 2012, while paying 3% compounded COLA for Warwick retires, plus 13% in pay raises for ALL CITY UNIONS since. People not getting raises CANNOT continue to pay for others raises. It is simply unsustainable and better yet ... IMMORAL !
