A mistake that no other union will make going forward. So the SC ruled that the change must be negotiated but that a current contract was not in place. In Warwick the union will never miss its Arbitration filing deadlines therefore the 15-18 contract is still very much in place. So yes a change is possible but it needs to be negotiated.
