Captain, and Jimmy: Like my example above. 3 platoons instead of 4. No contract now, and Supreme Court said it can be done. So 45 per shift ( which is exaggerated standard anyway) but 45 x 3 = 135 instead of 180. Layoff all others, after adding required ADMIN DOPES, by seniority, and put on list for rehire later.
