How about this one. A senior citizen comes before the council because she hit a pot hole and blew out a tire. She waits 2 hrs to ask to be re-reimbursed for the damage. The council appeals committee headed by Donna Travis tells her that she is the first person to report that pot hole so they cannot pay her. Any idea how many times I saw Travis do that during the time period where she was 2 years tax delinquent on property and automobile taxes.

But worse, the council tries to justify this saying no one else has reported it yet we have in excess of 100 trucks, plus city cars on the road all day. None of which are equipped with GPS to tag the location to be fixed.

The city management is a mess, it needs a complete overhaul, but do not hold your breath.
