Thecaptain has provided his numbers and how he got to those numbers on numerous media sites. He has been on TV, radio and print discussing his research. Nothing has been hidden. He also has another citizen that has come to the same conclusion based on his independent research. Ken Block has certainly been instrumental in digging down on the WFD issue along with Cote. You are entitled to your opinion but your the one that hasn'tt provided facts to support your argument.

The side deals are an issue. They were not passed through the council and voted on before they went into effect. The fact that the medical exams were not performed or followed up is also an issue. The money was earmarked for one purpose. If it isn't being used for that purpose, it shouldn't just get thrown back into the general fund. If it isn't used for that purpose, it should go back to the city to be used for another need. Pretty nonchalant attitude about taxpayers money if you ask me.
