Symptoms of neurosyphilis include severe headache, difficulty coordinating muscle movements,
paralysis, numbness, and dementia .
Having followed Mr. Cote's rants and tirades in City Hall Council Chambers over the years and observing his life-style and actions through out the area. His boat parties years ago were quite something to say the least and well known for his nuts and bolts get togethers.
The only explanation for his continued lunacy is neurosyphilis.
