How can you make the statement that there is zero evidence? The research performed by Mr. Cote and Mr. Block based on the records did, in fact, produce evidence that the shift swapping and OT pay were being handled outside the scope of the signed contract. Both sides can fight it out regarding the legality and who approved what but the fact still remain that it was happening without the approval of the council. Add that to the documents that were "tossed out" (destroyed) in error, faulty record keeping, intimidation tactics by the fire marshal, etc. I would have to state rather emphatically that there is plenty of proof to bring in the State Police and FBI to investigate.

Cote and Block didn't bring all this up to make you "look bad". They didn't spend hours of their time and their own money merely to cast a shadow on the department. There is a huge problem here and it needs to be resolved.
