Congrats to all who made this happen. Kelly Coates, (and Alfred Carpionato before him) is a smart man. He knows that there is a LOT of money in "medical". This new business and the 100+- additional rooms at The Crowne Plaza, will be a real boon to Warwick's' economy with jobs, welcome tax revenue and new customers for surrounding businesses. It should even improve the real estate market with homebuyers shopping nearby their new place of employment. Great news for the "80,000 taxpayers that are paying the tab", because this huge new business should lessen the load for the rest of us.
