Rob, first...great job sticking up for Jim Dorney the other night. He always took great care of that place and it gets a lot of use. Its a shame that people would choose to take cheap shots at him, unfairly. Second, on sewer assesments you are right. Nobody was there to help get my costs down, why is it my obligation to help fund someone else's project? There has to be a better solution.
