According to the article, the "walkout" was organized by the Women's March group whose focus is to promote the radical, leftwing, feminist agenda of the Democratic party and to resist the Trump administration. If this group was concerned about the safety of the children, then they would not be advocates of "women's rights" which is aesopian language for the right to kill the unborn children, 53 million since 1973.
Having been successful with this "walkout", we can be sure that these subtle devils will be back, along with their useful idiots, to radicalize the next generation.
