Thecaptain is 100% correct on his observation of what happens during these meetings. I can't believe professionals and adults behave like rowdy frat boys at the first party of the year! It is appalling and totally counterproductive. Maybe we have finally come to a place where cooler heads prevail and people take pride in being polite and professional. One can only hope.
