It will be interesting to see how many of the 1400 are still around at the end of the year. I do believe that a handful will take advantage of this program and see it through but the vast majority will fall away rather quickly. Can we get a refund of our money based on those that cut and run? Right now I pay for 1 daughter to go to CCRI and if she doesn't go through the semester I don't see a penny of it back. Will CCRI pocket the taxpayers dollars?
