AIR BNB can work sometimes. but a residence is a residence. Warwick needs to take Cranston's lead and BAN overnight parking on city streets. If you can not fit the renter in your driveway you can not have a renter.

Why are these home hotels paying Residential tax rates? Should they be paying business tax rates? If I run a business on my property the city will change the rate from Residential to Commercial without even asking.

Why are these home hotels not paying tangible taxes on their business personal property? They take a tax deduction for it on their 1040 Schedule C. They should have to provide a copy of that form along with the 4562 Depreciation calculation to support the deduction. Conn requrest this form when filing tangible tax forms.
