You can't tell people what to do with properties just because a renter "MIGHT" be loud or not respectful. People that choose to rent a room up in that area are going to be wealthy families visiting from out of state. That's like me saying we need speed bumps on Warwick Neck Ave. because all the visitors going to the Country Club drive by my home doing 95mph.
