To the Editor:
Presently we have a serious increase in the coronavirus that may cause a new total lock down. What could possible happen next that could impact our daily life’s putting us farther from our goal of returning to some degree of normal living?
We have a need for some government assistance with a virus bailout from a completely agitated Congress or we all will find ourselves in a pickle not of our making.
Our business, transportation, retail, religious, sports, and entertainment are bailey hanging on and with their income decreasing many will no longer be able to stay afloat.
Not sure if and when we will have a vaccine that’s effective. The means for distribution and priority of recipients will cause many to despair long before receiving their vaccine.
Our livelihoods and future prosperity are gravely in doubt and only time, a proven vaccine, some government intervention, and citizens response to the safety regulations can we expect to soon return to some degree of normalcy.
