Northeastern University students named to dean’s list

Three Warwick residents were recently named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Northeastern University in Boston. In addition to this achieved distinction, they are members of the University Honors Program, which offers high-caliber students the opportunity to further their studies and interests, live in special interest on-campus housing, and participate in one or two honors courses each term.

To achieve the dean’s list distinction, students must carry a full program of four or more courses, have a quality point average of at least 3.5 out of 4.0, and carry no single grade lower than C- during their college career.

The Warwick students are Matthew Sommer, who is majoring in business administration; Tessa Fielding, who is majoring in bioengineering; and Christian Wells, who is majoring in mechanical engineering.

Cedarville University student named to dean’s list

Warwick resident Hannah Clark, a student at Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2018 semester. Clark is majoring in nursing. To be named to the dean’s list, students must maintain at 3.75 GPA and carry at least 12 credit hours.

Local student named to the University of Delaware dean’s list

Warwick resident Tyler Merrow has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2018 semester at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. To meet the requirements for this distinction, a student must be enrolled full-time and earn a GPA of at least 3.33 out of 4.0 for the semester.

Ithaca College students named to dean’s list

Warwick residents Jessica Ferreira, an English major, and Alyssa Ferreira, a psychology major, have been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2018 semester at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York.
