I dont believe those conspiracies Bill. The annex pipe froze, and why cause a leak at Tollgate? To what end? The annex is an ugly "brutalist" building that does nothing to beautify historic apponaug. Either add a colonial exterior remodel, or remove the building for Greenspace. just my opinion
