Unfortunately for the prior 18 years on the Council as Council President and with a Democratic majority he never made influential changes to Mayor Avedisian’s budget. Most of the time he’d vote to approve it. Schools, roads, infrastructure have all declined while taxes go up yearly. Sure we won’t have a tax increase this year but next year the Warwick residents will just get hit harder. He’s done nothing to draw young families back to Warwick and with the conditions of our schools who can blame them. He’s had 20 years.......we don’t need 2 more.
