Mr. Sasse just cannot grasp the magic that is the Trump Train, so he maligns Trump with Putin and moans that we have left the Paris Climate Accord which would have shut down our energy industry and so on. These effete intellectual eggheads like Gary Sasse, George Will and William Weld will continue to come to the wrong conclusions because they have been blinded by their own arrogance. For instance, he says: “Today our political system is failing to address the problems most Americans worry about education, affordable health care and income security”. Not even close! While having to contend with draconian measures to minimize the Wuhan virus that was purposely released by the Red Chinese, we are witnessing a revolution with riots, arson, looting, killing and defunding our police and justice system. Mr. Sasse doesn’t mention any of them, but he is given a full column in the Beacon!
