Ladouceur mentions only grinder pumps. There is more to it than that. On the home owner’s side, the primary components consist of a boundary valve kit, a storage tank with grinder pump (located either inside or buried outside . . I would want it outside), and a control panel (with visible and audible alarms).

Should this project move forward, everyone should be getting a home owner’s manual like this (link below). Similar information should have already been provided by the bidder as part of the bid package. Has anyone seen it?
