My sewer assessment is over 1700 per year. That's much more than 100 per month. 142.00 to be exact. That does not count the cost to connect and then the yearly cost on average of 650.00 per year for sewer use bill. So, the sewers, even spread out over 30 years, cost you another 200 a month in expenses. Just for flushing your toilet. Amazing.
