Report Inappropriate Comments

The APRA is far from "worthless and weak". I have seen it used MANY times successfully, and other times the AG jas violated public officials for not complying (and then they complied). Bill it sounds like you dont want to use APRA, and instead complain.

If you do use it and get the any and all related documents to the audit you seek, then you can I am sure either find your answers, or file a complaint if anything is missing.

I have not seen a "document dump" tactic used. People have either used APRA request and received the documents, or have filed a complaint and then received them. Especially with the AG we have now who was a US attorney and is straight as an arrow.
