Just more garbage coming out of the mouth of Johnny Sweat Pants. He's an embarrassment to the Providence Police Department, he's an embarrassment to his family, and most of all, he's an embarrassment to himself. All in all, just a guy who's taking up oxygen from decent human beings who are much more deserving than him.
