Banning a flavored vapes is a knee-jerk reaction that doesn't solve the real issue. As davebarry stated, vaping has been around for years with no vape-related deaths or breathing issues popping up to cause alarm. Something new was introduced that is causing these issues and that needs to be found and removed. Vaping has been used my thousands of people to quit smoking. It is a step-down method that has been successful. Just because teens started picking the habit up doesn't mean it should be banned for all adults. Also, it is a proven fact that just because you make it illegal, doesn't mean it doesn't still occur in society. This move has hurt many business owners and will force people out of work. Why can't we do the right thing in this state and do our homework? Why must it be an extreme reaction to an event that may not be what it seems on the surface?
