what the city needs to do is start putting away miilions for opeb. Not necessarily to cover it all but to have that yearly amount do covered. You see that is always going to be an expense. Just like you know you have to pay federal taxes regardless how it's spent right. I mean federal money gets spent on silly things like foreign aid We tax payers have no say. So locally same thing, no different folks. Except the funds are going to working class people supporting families and spending the money back into the community. There is no outrage in all the illegal aliens coming in over the board and the billions spent on that. In fact, the democrats encourage it. So locally pay your employees, set aside funds for it and do the right thing to citizens.
