The Captain is a Hendricken graduate. How he is today was how he was back then. A loudmouth who used to run home as a young child having insulted the n neighborhood kids.

He has been confrontational for years and it won't change. He's a narcissist plain and simple who has to show his expertise and knowledge.

He lacks peop!e skills so uses intimidation.

I can admit my mistakes but for some it's quite difficult.
