Dexter, you cannot look at one year and state the city is not in trouble. You don't understand the pension/benefits expenses. The city has to continue to operate as it always should have been...on a war footing. Pinching pennies. The school department needs to shrink. More schools need to close. The police and fire departments need to shrink as well. We need a leaner government work force.
