Should right to own a gun outweigh right to live safely?

Sorry Aniece Life is not safe. No matter how many rules and regulations the Left wishes to impose.
The beauty of the U.S. is you are free to fail or succeed, restricting freedoms is a step to restricting innovation and thought. Leading to a tyranny. Is that extreme? The last century proved it wasn't.
Keep in mind ALL Federal and State regulation are enforced with the barrel of a gun. The Second Amendment was about the Citizens keeping control of our Republic. After all when you put all your rules and regulations into effect how will you enforce them?
